From Carm’s Family Table:
This project, created over the course of 2 years of hard work and heartfelt dedication, carries a purpose far deeper than recipes and photography. It was born from a shared vision between me and Chef Carmela — a vision to honour memory, culture, and community through a 100% donation campaign supporting the Alzheimer’s Association in Montreal.

This book represents not only our collaboration but also a personal connection built on trust, compassion, and the desire to create something that truly makes an impact.

This biscotti photo has become one of the most beautiful and meaningful images in the entire book. It captures the soul of Italian cuisine — its warmth, its tradition, and its timeless elegance. The simplicity of the biscotti, paired with the rustic setting, reflects the authenticity of Italian family cooking and the spirit behind Carmela’s beloved recipes.

I am thrilled to announce that my dear friend, Chef Krystelle F. Gratziani's, latest project, Conscious Cooking: Healthy Recipes for Families, is now published and available for purchase. I had the pleasure of collaborating by styling the dishes and capturing all the photos for this cookbook. This is the result of a year of fulfilling hard work.
